House & Gardens is now closed and will re-open on Friday 27th March - Sunday 1st November 2026.
A variety of catering outlets are available in the House & Gardens. Whether you'd like a sandwich or a light lunch in our Treehouse Café, a cream tea in the Stables or a hot drink or ice cream in the Adventure Playground's Ice Cream Kiosk, there is plenty to choose from. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own picnic to enjoy in the Grounds, whilst admiring the stunning landscaped views.
Treehouse Café now closed
House & Gardens is now closed and will re-open on Friday 27th March - Sunday 1st November 2026.
This light and airy Café offers a selection of sandwiches, hot and cold sausage rolls, panini, jacket potatoes, soups and small snacks. For younger visitors, there are children's lunch boxes with a choice of ham or cheese sandwiches, treat, and crisps.
The Treehouse Café also offers a selection of gluten free sandwiches and cakes, including an offering for both vegan and vegetarians, subject to availability. Please note some of our food is produced in kitchens that contain nuts or may contain traces.

The Treehouse Café is located at the entrance of our House & Gardens, only open during the open season.






Stables now closed
House & Gardens is now closed and will re-open on Friday 27th March - Sunday 1st November 2026.
Set within the charming and historic surroundings of the house, the Stables is a space to enjoy a delicious British Cream Tea, cakes and hot and cold refreshments, along with Lacock Dairy ice cream.
There will also be some gluten-free cakes, subject to availability.

Kiosk now closed
Located conveniently within the Adventure Playground, the Kiosk is a favourite among families. Open during school holidays and weekends throughout the open season, the kiosk offers a range of delicious ice creams, hot and cold drinks, and a small selection of confectionery.
Picnics
You can find the perfect spot for a picnic during our open season, with benches next to the Treehouse Café and in the Adventure Playground — both with gorgeous landscape views. Please note that barbeques are not permitted anywhere within the grounds, including the car park.
